Kitchik is a playful English-learning adventure for children, provided by Firstory Learning Pvt Ltd, 80/3, VIJINAPUR VILLAGE, Krishnarajapuram R S, Bangalore North, Ramamurthy Nagar Sub Post Office, Ramamurthi Nagar, Bengaluru- 560016, India.

Kitchik is used by children through a parent or guardian account. The parent or guardian is responsible for setting up child profiles, supervising use, protecting account credentials, and deciding whether a learning activity is suitable for the child.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Guest access may be available without a parent account, but it is limited and may not retain the same progress or account features. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or use Kitchik to interfere with the service.

Kitchik provides stories, practice, challenges, and reflection activities for learning and exploration. Some quizzes or speech experiences may use assisted generation. Content is not professional advice and should not replace a parent, teacher, or safety judgment. Current story and partner attributions may change as the catalog evolves.

Premium plans currently offered are 1 day for ₹7, 7 days for ₹29, 30 days for ₹49, and 1 year for ₹199. Payment processing is provided through Razorpay. These plans provide access for the applicable entitlement period; they are not described here as recurring subscription billing. Refunds are not offered. Cancellation, where available, applies to future renewal only; existing access remains available until the current entitlement expires. We do not state tax treatment here.

Use Kitchik lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse verification features, submit harmful material, or disrupt the service. We work to keep Kitchik available, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors.

Kitchik branding, software, and original product materials belong to or are used by Firstory Learning or its licensors. Some current story materials may be used with attribution or permission and may later be removed; nothing here claims permanent ownership of Book Dash content. You may use Kitchik for personal, non-commercial learning.

We may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect the service, users, or rights holders. We may change Kitchik, its plans, or these Terms as the product develops. The current version will be published on this page.
